. � °� - - <br /> � o 0 <br /> b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� : G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII <br /> - ��kESHOg'� NO. e`� � O � � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat of Bennett Hill, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the follo��ing <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Access to Lot 1 shall be via an existing curb cut at County Road 135. Access to <br /> Lot 2 shall be via an existing private driveway at the southeast corner of Lot 2. <br /> • The subdivision regulations of the Municipal Code limits the use of the driveway <br /> in Lot 2 to two residential units. <br /> 2. Septic sites must be staked and protected prior to any new residential construction <br /> 'Y"' on either Lots 1 or 2. <br /> 3. All building envelopes shall be defined by the required setbacks defined within the <br /> LR-1B or LR-lA zoning districts. <br /> • 4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before September 25, <br /> 1996 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies <br /> of the easement noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date <br /> specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br /> for subdivision review.
