N . �.� . . . . , . <br /> '.jf��... � . � . <br /> � O� <br /> ;• O O <br /> b� - C ITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ���_ �G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> . �kESH�4 NO. � � o �D -•; <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING TFI� <br /> PLAT OF BENNETT HILL <br /> FILE NO. 2078 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a muiuc��al corporation organized and existing <br /> ' under the laws of the State of Mir.nesota; and <br /> ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdiv?sion <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; an� <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a two lot plat by Frank B. Bennett and Martha M. Bennett, husband and wife, (hereinafter "the <br /> subdi�iders"); and <br /> • WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet al.l staudards of the LR-1B <br /> Lakeshore Residential and LR-lA Lakeshore Residential Zoning Districts fmc?ing that each lct•is <br /> of a size and configuration that would allow its use as a single family residence to t�e fully <br /> developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> N <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3661. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Dedication to flie City of a drainage easement providing fcr limitations on the use <br /> of retention a�ea and drainageway described therein and as shown on the plat as <br /> "Draina;e easement". <br /> 4. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the ainount of$12,$U0. <br /> 5.
