Orono's Community Management Plan, Transportation Chapter, CMP 7-17 states <br /> as follows: <br /> "PRIVATE DRIVEWAY A driveway is a privately owned and privately <br /> maintained vehicle path between the street and private property. Private <br /> driveways shall be subject to access permits according to the classification of the <br /> abutting street.
