Bellows, 265 Brown Road South - <br />Resolution <br />Please review the enclosed correspondence from Ms. Bellows <br />and the legal counsel for owner of Lot 1, Byfield. Staff has <br />drafted another resolution amending a previous Council action. <br />It would appear that this would be the most expedient way to <br />respond to the concerns of Mr. Pihlstrom. Note the resolution <br />has included the necessary findings for the rescinding.of the <br />original condition in Resolution #2877.
