The Council agreed to recind <br />the original condition of resolution f2877 that would require the <br />owner of Lot 2, Block 1, Byfield, Maureen Steele Bellows, to make <br />certain land alterations within the existing access serving that <br />lot. Such actions were deemed unnecessary by the City Engineer, <br />the Building and Zoning Administrator and the Public Works <br />Director. <br />Please let me know if there is other inf orrnation or action <br />that will be necessary on the part of the City to finalize this <br />rather long, drawn out process for Ms. Bellows. <br />Sincerely, <br />~d/V-L //J~(_7Z/4J <br />Jeanne A.
