Nfuhich <br />Apri 1 29, 19 76 <br />James Abbott - loon South Brown Road <br />Mr. Abbott is requesting a variance from our Marsh and wetlands Ordinance <br />and a conditional use permit to fill and grade within the 26' setback require- <br />ment from marshlands. <br />Ne has started some of the grading and it appears to be extending somewhat <br />into the marsh or up to the very edge of the marsh. The attached plans show <br />the existing grades and the section plans show proposed grades. Although <br />the plans show adequate elevation, site inspection reveals aquatic vegetation <br />along the edge of the graded area. <br />We might consider referring this proposal to our engineer for a review and <br />report. <br />PLAWING QVMISSION MI-ITINC May 3, 1976 <br />Commission recommended approval of Conditional Use Permit. <br />
