NO. e� � �_�. � . <br /> � S <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE <br /> TO MiTNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6, <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 (B) AND 2 AND <br /> � SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C-6) <br /> FILE NO. 2227 <br /> � WHEREAS, Gary Tucker (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the <br /> property located at 3466 Ivy Place within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally <br /> ' described as follows: <br /> Lot l, Spring Park, including that part of vacated Lake Shore <br /> Avenue lying between the extensions of the north and south lines <br /> of said Lot 10 (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> • WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Mtmicipal <br /> Zoning Code �ection 10.25, Subdivision 6, Section 10.22, Subdivisions 1 (B) and 2, and <br /> Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C-6) to allow for a side yard setback to encroach along the <br /> north property line and to increase hardcover in the 75-250' setback area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: � <br /> � FINI2INGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2227. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District where one-half acre in area is required. The property is sewered. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this .application on April 21, 1997 <br /> and recommended approval of the�proposed variance based upon the following <br /> unique findings and hardships: <br /> • Page 1 of 4 <br />
