PAr-1 (rA <br />TO: Dick Benson, City Administrator # 3 <br />FROM: Hank Muhich, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: March 14, 1978 <br />SUBJECT: Spe_ial Request by Planning Commission for Direction <br />from Council on Unresolved Issues Pertaining to <br />Platting of Farm at Long Lake #317 (Tim Adams) <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the Above final plat. at '_heir <br />regular meeting of March 13, 1978. The matter was tabled <br />because many of the questionable issues require policy decisions <br />which are not governed by ordinance. <br />I'm attaching a copy of the resume of Planning Commission <br />discussion and action on this proposal during the meeting. <br />In the resume are listed the issues for which the Planning <br />Commission is requesting some legal and Council direction. <br />The Commission feels that answers to these questions are <br />urgent before forwarding a recommendation to Council. The <br />Planning Commission is requesting we ;add this item to the <br />Council agenda of March 16, 1978 so they can have this direction <br />before the next Planning Commission meeting. <br />At least one Commission member will be present at the Council <br />meeting representing the Planning Commission. <br />
