This item was <br />reviewed by the Planning Commission at their meeting of 2-27-78 without <br />enough informatio.l. The final plat approval was requested by Tim Adams <br />along with the shoreline vrriance request (It -cm #358). The final <br />plat approval should actually be listed under Item #317 which was the <br />original number given for this proposed plat. This gives us a little more insurance in relation <br />to soil conditions and septic syste-Is.) <br />7.
