EXHIBIT B <br />RIDER TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />The attached Purchase Agreement dated , 1978, <br />by and between I , Purchaser, <br />and THE FARM AT LONG LAKE, a Minnesota General Partnership, Seller, <br />(herein "this Purchase Agreement"), is subject to the following <br />additional terms and conditions: <br />I. Seller has obtained preliminary plat approval from the City <br />of Orono (herein "Orono") for division of said premises into <br />The Farm at Long Lake Addition, a subdivision in the form <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as <br />Exhibit D (herein "said plat"). This Purchase Agreement <br />is contingent upon Seller's being able to obtain final plat <br />approval from Orono in the form of Exhibit D and record said <br />plat, all on terms and conditions of development imposed by <br />Orono and acceptable to Seller, in Seller's own judgment, and <br />all on or before May 1, 1978. Seller shall notify Purchaser <br />in the manner herein prescribed on or before May 1, 1978 that <br />Seller has completed the items described in the preceding <br />sentence. The date postmarked on the letter so notifying <br />Purchaser hereunder shall be described as "the Notice Date". <br />In the event Seller is unable, or elects not to proceed with <br />said plat and the contingent sale hereunder made, and so notifies <br />Purchaser in the manner herein prescribed on or before the Notice <br />Date, this Purchase Agreement shall thereupon be null and void, <br />and all sums advanced by Purchaser to Seller hereunder shall be <br />promptly refunded. (In the event said plat is recorded prior <br />to the date of this Purchase .Agreement, the date of this Purchase <br />Agreement shall be the "Notice Date" hereunder.) <br />II.
