Each <br />lot contains th required two acres of dry contiguous land. <br />Lots 4, 5 and 6 contain wetlands on the south side. A private <br />road, to be designated as an outlot, will serve all seven lots. <br />Septic tests ha : been performed for each of the proposed lots <br />and the recommended septic design `or each lot - Gaffron has <br />recommended approval. See Exhibit D. <br />Please review Exhibits E, F, and G, the Planning Commission <br />minutes will give the additional background information and <br />Planning Commission's recommendation of approval. <br />Brief . iew of plat - <br />Lot configuration - Each lot meets the required two acres of <br />dry contiguous land.
