MINUTES OI' THE; PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF SFP'rEMBER 2.1, 1981 <br />I'lie Planning Commission met on the above elate. The followingy ATTENDANCE <br />members were present: Chairman Hammerel,Goetten, McDonald, 7:30 PM <br />Rovegno, Jabbour, and Adams. Notman Paurus was present from <br />the City Council. Jeanne Mabusfh and Thomas Jacobs represented <br />the City staff. <br />Applicant was not present. Adams was concerned about the 10 <br />year variance expiration. Staff noted that it would be reason- <br />able to assume that in the future, if the .lots wore not built -an <br />the City would likely follow tilt, same pattern in granting the <br />variance. <br />Goetten asked if there were any park dedication fees. Mabusth <br />stated that Council waived the park fees. <br />Hammerel moved to approve the Mc leary final subdivision <br />subject to the findings and conditions setforth in the staff <br />resolution. <br />McDonald seconded.
