This Mortgage was executed by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen <br />Ziminski, husband and wife to Norwest Mortgage, Inc., An Iowa Corporation. <br />Assignment of Mort a e: The above Mortgage was assigned by Norwest <br />Mortgage, Inc., An owa Corporation to Citicorp Person -to -Person Financial <br />Center, Inc., A Minnesota Corporation by Assignment dated April 11, 1985 filed <br />May 13, 1985 as Document No. 4993101. <br />3. Mortgage: At entry 53 appears a Mortgage dated December 1, 1980 filed <br />Dece ear ,` 1980 as Document No. 4609200 in the original amount of $60,000 due <br />December 1, 2010. This Mortgage was executed by John A. Enright and Susan J. <br />Enright, husband and wife to Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association. <br />It is my understanding that the above murtyage has been pdiJ off. 1 <br />called the County Recorder to see if a Satisfaction of Mortgage has been filed <br />but not shown in the abstract. The County 1, ,:order advises me that a <br />Satisfaction of Mortgage has not yet been recorded. I also called First <br />Security Title, Inc. who conducted the closing when you purchased the property <br />and who also issued you an Owner's Policy of Title Insurance (No. TI 11928 <br />dated May 8, 19R5) which does not indicate that this Mortgage is an <br />encumbrance against the property. First Security Title, Inc. is checking <br />their file to see if the Satisfaction of Mortgage is in the file. If so, they <br />should record the Satisfaction with the County Recorder. If not, First <br />Security Title, Inc. should obtain a new Satisfaction from Twin City Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association and record it with the County Recorder. <br />4. HighWd4 Easement: At entry 28 app .2rs a Hi-jhway Edsement dated July 3, <br />1954 filed July � 1954 in Book 2006. Page 3bl, Document No. 2887723 <br />affecting a part of the property. A copy of said abstract entry is enclosed. <br />The assistance of a surveyor would be needed to locate said easement upon the <br />property. <br />5. Public RoAr;N,3 . A putj' ..
