This may involve amending your final plat creating an <br />outlot. The Trinity Luthern Church may be interested in acquiring this <br />outlot and will be in contact with you if the County agrees to relinquish <br />all interest in this land. <br />Please call if you have any questions on this matter. <br />Deadline Date: February 8, 1989 for submittal of new informatic., <br />(application may be considered formally withdrawn if information or <br />explanation is not provided). <br />Preliminary S,-:bdivision Plat Approval - Applicant must provide to the <br />City all information and/or improvements required for final plat approval <br />as noted in the preliminary plat approval resolution. Preliminary plat <br />approval expires 1 year after the date of the resolution. Note that prior <br />to filing of the final plat after final subdivision approval, all taxes for <br />the current year must be paid. <br />
