Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, read VISION into the record the following action of the City 140 Brown Road South Council regarding the preliminary subdivision for #243 James Kallestad, 140 Brown Road South, dated James Kallestad April 25, 1977: Approved preliminary plat and variance subject to 10' road easement along north property line and park dedication fee and final mylars and hardshells. Planning Commission Meeting - June 8, 1977 Reviewed final plat drawings whict included the requested access easement along the north property line. Recommended approval subject to payment of the park dedication fee, and title opinion sent to the City. Council Meeting - June 13, 1977 Pesek moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #794 #794, A Resolution Approving Kallestad Acres, Kallestad Acres per Planning Commission recommendations of June 8, 140 Brown Road South 1977. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, read VARIANCE into the record the following request of John 920 Forest Arms Lane Gullickson, 920 Forest Arms Lane, for a variance, #250 dated April 2, 1977 John Gullickson Request for lot area variance to build a new home. Area requirement - 43,560 sq. ft. This lot is only 19,500 sq. ft. in area. A variance of slightly over 24,000 sq. ft. is necessary. There is somewhat a problem here. We have three vacant lots right in a row. This lot is the middle one so we have one substandard lot on either side of this one. Each of the three lots is slightly less than 1/2 the required area. To combine the three lots as one buildable site would result in two lots of about 14 acres. We might consider having the three lots rearranged into.t.wo huildinq sites if we can. (Continued)
