Zoning Administrator <br />reviewed the history of o%,T,ers' , for Lots 1, 2 and 3. <br />It appears they were in single, separate ownership <br />since 1967. <br />Mr. Gullickson, Sr. stated that Mr. Thompson cn,ns Lot 1 <br />which is the subject lot. fie further stated that his <br />son was trying to buy this lot and was requesting <br />approval t- build a home. He has since al-)ndoned this <br />application. <br />A lengthy disctLssior followed. There ;teemed to be some <br />confusion as to what was being proposed at this time. <br />Mr. Gullickson, Sr. stated that he wanted a decision <br />on the buil(lability of his lot which : 1nt 2. 'IT. <br />Thompson advised t}iat he wanted to tale r the <br />appl icat ion on Lot I, but that the arm) Ica before <br />the Commission was not his. <br />Commission advised that the application before the �s <br />for Lot 1 and that is v:hat they are addressing at th <br />time.
