<br />Shorewood, Greenwood. W,,odiand, Mound, Spring Park. Minnetonka Beach. Wayzata. Long Lake,
<br />Orono, Plymouth and that twrtion of Minnetonka ser%ing School District No. 276 in the County of
<br />Hennepin and it has its known ,fhce of Issue in the Village of Excelsior in said county, established
<br />and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of idvertisements and
<br />sale of subscripuons and maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in
<br />its employ and subject to his directioi. and cuntrul during all such regular business hours and
<br />devoted exclusively during such business hours to the business of the newspaper and business
