CITY OF ORONO, MINNE31TA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Orono Planning Commission, City of Orono, Minnesota, will hold a Public }Tearing in the Council Chambers on Monday, April 18, 1971, at 7:45 p.m. on the matter of the subdivision application of ,James If. Kallestad for property located at 140 S. Brown Road and legally described as follows: That part of Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the Sth Principal `ieridian, bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter distant 460.8 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence Northeasterly at an angle of 66 degrees 50 min. from said West line a distance of 181.05 feet; thence deflect- ing to the right 23 degrees 10 min. a distance of 192.2S feet; thence deflecting to the right 38 degrees 59 min. a distance of 60.36 feet; thence South and parallel with said West line a distance of 508.5 feet more or less to the center line of Long Lake Creek; thence Southwesterly along said center line of said Creek to its intersection with the `northerly line of the Minnesota and Western Railway Company right-of-way; thence Westerly along said Northerly line a distance of 332.6 feet more or less to its intersection with said Nest line; thence North along said West line a distance of 678.1 feet more or less to the point of beginning, and the location of an existing house there - All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
