I <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />I <br />The project proposer must obtain all necessary permits before any grading or filling in wetland <br />basins to avoid fines and costly project delays. Violation of wetland regulations has resulted in <br />substantial civil and criminal penalties. Builders who impact wetlands may be required to <br />submit a WCA Sequencing form and a WCA Replacement Plan Application form to the Local <br />Government Unit (LGU).
