The lien of real estate taxes and installments of special assessments payable in <br />2001 and subsequent years; <br />2. Any judgments or tax liens against, or bankruptcy proceedings involving, DSR <br />Investments LLC; <br />3. Rights of the public, the State of Minnesota and the U.S. Government to use that <br />part of the premises which lies below the high water mark or U.S. Government <br />Harbor line of Dickeys Lake; <br />4. Rights, if any, of any riparian owners and of the public to use the surface, sub- <br />surface, and bed of Dickeys Lake; and <br />5.
