MF# 00-17364 and TI# 193479h, covering the Property (the "Policy''); the Warranty Deed, dated September 6, 2000, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota on October 13, 2000 and recorded as Document No. 7368707 (the "Deed"); and the Affidavit Regarding Sellers, filed for record in the office of said County Recorder on October 13, 2000 and recorded as Document No. 7368708 (the "Affidavit").
