Approval subject to the home being placed in the location shown on the submitted <br />plans. A hardship exists in that there is no other suitable location for a home on the <br />property where all required setbacks could be met. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Section 78-1279: Placement of structures on lots. Average lakeshore setback. No <br />principal or accessory structure shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average <br />distance from the shoreline of existing residence buildings on adjacent lots; except that <br />this does not apply to stairways, lifts, landings and lockboxes.
