Sennes Design Build, Inc. provided drawings for the proposed construction dated 12/15/03. <br />STRUCTURAL REVIEW <br />3. A structural review of the existing foundation ta support the proposed construction was <br />performed. The following items are noted: <br />a. The existing foundation currently support$ a floor load and a roof load. The <br />proposed construction will add an additional floor load to the foundation. <br />b. The existing foundation walls can be utilized to support the proposed construction. <br />PROFESSIONAL OPINION <br />4. It ls my professional engineering opinion that: <br />I <br />a.
