MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 21, 1995 <br />(#19 -#2053 Dennis Platteter -Continued) <br />Lindquist said he would not agree to an area variance but would probably approve a width <br />vanance. <br />Mabusth said the applicant does not have the acreage to allow lot 2 to be realigned and <br />the road outlot extended to the west. <br />The applicant inquired about a lot next to his property consisting of only one acre.
