Notice of Planning Commission Action <br />November 28, 1995 <br />Page 2 <br />The City has received calls from neighbors concerning a yard light and manure stock pile on <br />the property. The light appears to shine out onto adjacent residential properties. The Code <br />would require yard lights to be shielded downward and lighting is not to extend beyond <br />boundaries of property. If lighting is to remain, a shield must be provided. <br />We are advised the manure pile is to the west and north side of the property and extends to <br />shoreline of Dickey Lake. The manure must be removed at your earliest convenience.
