McCourtney <br />said the trees were removed after receipt of permit. A landscaping plan consisting of <br />approximately 60 arborvitae and 8-10 trees and submitted to the City has been approved. <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 3987 per Planning Commission <br />recommendation. · <br />Gaffron commented that the legal combination cannot occur at this time but the <br />applicant would like to proceed with the projects.
