All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval -Applicant must provide to the City all information and/or <br />improvements required for final plat approval as noted in the preliminary plat approval resolution. <br />Preliminary plat approval expires 1 year after the date of the resolution. Note that prior to filing <br />of the final plat after final subdivision approval, all taxes for the current year must be paid. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City <br />Clerk after review and approval by the City Council. <br />ch
