Section 10.22, Subd. 1 (B) and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (C)(6): Average Lakeshore: The average <br />lakeshore setback line shall be a straight line connecting the most lakeward protrusions of the <br />residence buildings on the immediately adjacent lakeshore lots. To permit a variance to encroach <br />70' into the average lakeshore setback. <br />Application Summary: The applicants are proposing to replace the existing decks on the <br />lakeside of the residence. The decks are old and deteriorating. The new decks will be the same size <br />and in the same location as the existing decks. <br />The applicants are not increasing structure or hardcover. The structural coverage on the lot will <br />remain at 5,221 s.f. ( 6. 7%). The hardcover amount in the 7 5' -25 0' setback area will remain at 9,237 <br />s.f.
