Statement of Hardship: <br />The applicants should also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1. The decks have existed for many years in the locations of the proposed new decks. <br />2. Are any neighbors' views of the lake negatively impacted by replacement of the existing <br />decks? <br />3. The house and decks were constructed prior to the adoption of the zoning ordinance. There <br />have not been any additions or changes to the residence since is was built in 1978. <br />4. Structural lot coverage and hardcover is not changing with replacement of the decks. <br />5.
