He also is <br />the owner of 1450 Bracketts Point Road ,- separated from his <br />residence by a 20' platted City right-of-way, and upo• which the <br />subject garage is located (see Exhibit E). Notu that _he <br />property owners list did not include the Pillsbury property <br />immediately adjacent to the subject garage. <br />The applicant's remodeling plans include creating two office <br />spaces, a rest room, storage space, and adding a 12' x 19' second <br />story deck to the lake side of the structure. This deck is not <br />shown on the survey and it is not known whether it would encroach <br />within the 75' rcluired lake:,hore setback. <br />
