Spring Hill a�ees to traasfer to the City two-fhirds of the excess wetland mitigation <br /> c�'edits resulti.ng from construction of the golf course in Orono. The credits will be utilized for trail <br /> system and, to the extent any remain,will be available to the City of Orono.
