Applicant shall submit to the City portions of the initial By-laws of the Spring Hill <br /> Golf Club relating directly to the intensity and nature of use of the site. <br /> B. Golf Club membership shall not exceed 250 unless a revision to this CUP is granted <br /> by the City, subject to any conditions the City Council at that time feels are pru�ient � <br /> � and in the public interest. � <br /> C. This CUP is granted to Spring Hill Golf Club to operate a private, limited <br /> membership golf course. Conversion of the property to a public golf course sha11 not <br /> be allowed unless a specific revision of this CUP to allow such use is granted by the <br /> City Council. � <br /> D. An amendment of this CUP will be required for conshuction of any future buildings <br /> . proposed for the site, or for enlargement or remodeling of the initially approved principal or <br /> • � accessory buildings. � � � . . <br /> 12. DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT. Applicant sha11 execute a Developers Agreement with the <br /> Cit3� defining specific expectations of the Developer and the City in relation to the <br /> construction of the proposed public and private improvements associated with development � <br /> of the property. <br /> 13. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the applicant, but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by application for building permits and land alteration <br /> permits within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance and conditional use <br /> permit will expire on that date(May 27, 1998). . <br /> 14. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall <br /> � �� constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> � 15. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this � <br /> resolution and on behalf of himself,his heirs, successors and assigns,hereby agrees to the <br /> recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. . <br /> � . <br /> � Page 15 of 17 <br />
