L�kESH�4�' NO. ;s�. � � � . . . - <br /> in relation to their impact on the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> 10. LAND ALTERATIONS. Applicant shall adhere to the approved site grading plan attached <br /> hereto as Exhibits B-3 through B13A, subject tothe following conditions: . <br /> A. The hours during which loud and potentially disruptive grading,tree cutting and tree <br /> relocation activities may occur so as not to be a disturbance to the neighborhood are <br /> limited to Monday through Friday,7:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.to <br /> 5:00 p.m.,except that non-disruptive activities may occur from 7:00 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. <br /> on Saturdays. Construction activity outside these hours shall be subject to staff <br /> approval. <br /> B. Applicant shall take whatever steps are necessary to minimize odors and dust during <br /> the construction process. � <br /> • C. Due to the existing condition of Spring Hill Road,heavy construction tr�c sha11 be <br /> limited to the existing Co. Rd. 6 access. <br /> D. Applicant shall maintain local roads in a clean condition. <br /> E. The City retain the right to limit construction traffic on local roads if weather <br /> conditions result in an unsafe situation. . <br /> F. Applicants shall adhere to the Best Management Practices for Protectin� Water . <br /> Qualitv in Urban Areas , including use of temporary sedimentation ponds, silt <br /> fencing, etc. Applicant shall place silt fence in the additional locations as noted <br /> in the letter on file with the City from Bonestroo&Associates dated May 6, 1997. <br /> G. Applicant shall obtain a City-issued land alteration permit prior to commencing <br /> grading of the site. . � <br /> H. Woody debris from tree removal activities shall not be buried on-site but shall be <br /> disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. � . <br /> 1 l.
