The subject property is <br />'.lj' <br />approximately 14,000 square feet or 0.24 acre in area and is located within the RR-lB, rural residential <br />district, which requires a minimum of two acres. <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a new single-family home on the property and is requesting lot <br />area, lot width, front and rear yard and side yard setback variances in order to do so.
