Applicants shall mitigate the loss of a 36" elm tree in the 0-75' <br />zone by replacing with three 4½" maples per the site plan <br />attached to this resolution as Exhibit B, such replacement to <br />occur as soon as practical after grade restoration." <br />Additional Condition: <br />"Prior to issuance of required land alteration permit for waterproofing <br />project, applicants shall submit a comprehensive plan for the entire <br />property indicating the status of all completed/underway/future <br />projects, to be submitted by Friday, October 13th." <br />Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City Offices (Monday through <br />Friday, 8:00 to 4:30). All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />You must apply for and obtain a land alteration permit prior to commencement of construction. (The <br />land alteration permit application is a separate application from the zoning variance or conditional <br />use application.) <br />Conditional use approval is subject to the conditions of the approval resolution. In the case of <br />projects requiring a construction permit or other work permit, such permit must be applied for within <br />one year of the date of conditional use approval or that approval will expire. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council. <br />lsv
