#687 Michael Lynn <br />Page 2 <br />Renewal Variance <br />All renewal variance applications could be presented as <br />consent items at Council meetings if staff finds that all <br />of the following criteria can be met: <br />1 - No change from original application <br />2 - No more than 2 years has expired since expiration <br />date of original application <br />3 - No zoning changes have occured since approval date <br />A Council member may refer the renewal application to the <br />Planning Commission for further review without the need of <br />public explanation on the meeting night. <br />Any changes in the review process will be reviewed by the <br />Planner for possible conflicts with existing zoning code <br />and in light of the 1982 (--hangr-s in the Zoning laws of. the <br />State. <br />
