The proposed removals with net <br />reduction ;.f hardcover constitute a positive aspect of the <br />request. Council must determine if the setback variance for <br />additional structure in the 0-75' zone Is support ' by adequate <br />justification and hardships. Can this addition .•asonably be <br />located in a more conforming location? <br />Please carefully review the resolution drafted by <br />applicants' attorney. That draft summarizes the applicants' <br />stated hardships and justifications for the profosal. <br />If Council feels that the stated hardshir— and <br />justifications adequately support granting of the vari4 ; and <br />conditional use hermit., that resolution is in a format t!. •ould <br />be adopted by Council with minor revisions. <br />If Council determines that denial is appropriate, auplic- <br />might be expected tc request approval for the retaining walls L.i6 <br />grading to 1, serve the Lakeshore bank. <br />Council has the following options of action: <br />I.
