Pacts: <br />Lot line dispute overlap: 2.9' (2111") <br />Required side setback: 10' <br />Proposed setback based on applicant's survey: 619" <br />Proposed setback based on Gol.den's survey: 3'10" <br />Proposed N.F. garage corner (applicant's survey): 9'4" <br />Proposed N.F. garage corner (Golden's survey): 6'5" <br />Applicant's Stated Hardships: <br />1) Moving garage to meet 10' setback will create a problem <br />maneuvering car into garage due to proximity to house. A backup apron <br />between house and garage is feasible to make maneuvering easier (this <br />hardship was considered by Planning Commission in their review). <br />2) The location of the former seFt dnKs and drainfield limits the <br />south and east extent of the garage slab or foundation because cf t:Ie <br />disturbed soil. according to the applicant. This has not been <br />verified by an engineer. (This infor.nation was not brought up by <br />applicant until after the Planning Commission review.) <br />
