Gaffron <br />Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: June 5, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: 41020 Suburban Hennepin Regional Park District - <br />Noerenberg Park - Conditional Use Permit -- Resolution <br />The CUP approving the Noerenberg Park Master Plan was approved by <br />Council on June 9, 1986 with further review and approve, of the <br />parking plan by Council on August 25, 1986. Through an oversight <br />and stacf time constraints a formal resolution was never adopted. <br />That resolution will be drafted and Ares ed for Council <br />approval at the June 22, 1987 meeting. <br />
