Item Description: #18-3997, Rehkamp Larson, 1300 Bracketts Point Road , Variances -Public Hearing- <br />The applicant is requ~sting a lake setback variance to change the existing flat roof to a gable roof within <br />the 75-foot setback and an average lakeshore setback variance in order to make cosmetic i mprovements <br />and structural changes to the home situated entirely lakeward of the average lakeshore setback line. <br />On January 15th, the Planning Commission opened a public hearing and reviewed the application . There <br />was no one from the public present to comment. Following the public hearing the Commission voted 5 to <br />0 on a motion to approve the variances stating the improvements were thoughtful and made sense . <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />Tonight the Council should re-open the public hearing, receive comments, and make a motion to adopt <br />or amend the approval resolution. <br />Prepared By: rflCC Re v ie wed By: J .
