Because the property exceeds 25% hardcover, a hardcover variance is required to <br />convert the driveway hardcover to building hardcover. The proposal also results in a 155 square <br />foot reduction in hardcover. Please reference the Planning Report attached as Exhibit A for more <br />detail and practical difficulty analysis. <br /> <br />The property owner originally received variances for this project in 2024 (File # LA23-000064; <br />Resolution 7447).
