Date: March 9, 2026 Item: 13 <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: City Administrator/Engineer Report <br /> <br />Title: 2025 City of Orono Annual Report <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />The purpose of this agenda item is to present the Annual City Report. <br />2.Background: <br />Since 2021, city staff have prepared an annual report that provides the Council and the community <br />with a summary of departmental activities, initiatives, and accomplishments from the prior year. <br />The report is intended to promote transparency, highlight progress, and document outcomes across <br />departments. It also tracks performance using key metrics that help measure progress toward city <br />priorities and service goals. <br /> <br />The draft 2025 Annual City Report is provided and summarizes the city’s work and <br />accomplishments in 2025. The report highlights significant projects, service delivery efforts, and <br />organizational achievements across departments.
