MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19, 1987 <br />1216 C LARD M I NS LOW <br />1595 BOHNS POINT ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PSRMIT/VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 10:04-10:06 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />were noted. <br />Dale Gustafson of Gustafson Design was present <br />representing applicant. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained the request for a <br />conditional use permit and variance to dredge a <br />designated wetland on Bohns Point. <br />Brown voiced concern with the negative impact of this <br />project. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that it will effect <br />the assimulative capacity in the beginning, however, the <br />scope of the application is very small. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Hanson, to <br />recommend approval per btaf f recommendations 11 & t2. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 1. Brown voted nay. <br />APPROVAL OF 1988 CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Johnson, to <br />approve the 1988 Calendar of Ci,v Meetings designating <br />Wednesday, July 6, 1988; and Wednesday, September 7, <br />1988 as the optional Planning Commission meeting dates <br />for those months. Motion, Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by chairman Kelley, seconded by Hanson, to <br />approve the Minutes of the September 21, 1987 Planning <br />Commission meeting as subs, tted.
