The new owner has been allowed to make limited <br />structural charges pending forma] approval of this conditional <br />use permit (see enclosed building permit). Note the permit <br />has not allowed the installation of kitchen facilities. <br />The standards setforth by the ordinance for guest house requires <br />additional area and width to support an additional residential <br />unit. The property must have a minimum of 2 acres and at least <br />200' of width. Staff can see no p.-oblem with this standard <br />being met. <br />Staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit for a <br />guest house for Gerard Blohorn on a property lccated at 1595 <br />Bohn's Point Road based on the findinq that there is adequate <br />area and width to support an additional residential unit in <br />the I,R-lB zoning district subject to the condition that the <br />applicant pay an additional SAC fee and separate ..ewer unit <br />assessment for the residential unit. <br />
