We have included a sketch of the <br />location of the existing buildings prepared by Cordon Coffin. <br />You will note that the pool house, the subject of the p,-3posed <br />conditional use, is denoted on the sketch as :,n "existing <br />garage". The pool house occupies the second floor of the <br />structure.
