His neighbor, Mr. Aines, <br />rel";s(,s to be a part of the project of to sign the Resolution. <br />Dr. Dunlap further sees no rearon to file the Resolution in hi: <br />-amain of title. <br />per my review at the April 24, 1979 meeting, the dredging <br />rctivity teas no effect, positive or negative, on the riparian <br />access or future division of either lot. Therefore, I recommend <br />that Resolution No. 1028 be amended by deleting certain sections <br />on Page 4 per the attached copy. <br />
