Muhich <br />DATE: November 26, 1975 <br />RE: Roger Swanstram - 1580 Bohns Point Road <br />Wetlands Variance <br />Mr. Swanstrom is requesting a variance from our Wetlands Ordinance No. <br />125 an,'. Ordinance No. 167, regulating filling and grading of property, <br />for the purpose of providing a high dry area on which to store his <br />cruiser. <br />It might be better if the boat were not stored in an area that might <br />crest a visual obstruction for the neighbors. <br />The proposed fill would appear to obstruct the natural drainage and <br />ponding the the area also. <br />It would be more appropriate to store the cruiser in the area between <br />the house and ',Aeshore. <br />PL.A 4N I NG 001M M I SS I ON MEET I NG - Decembe i 1975 <br />The Planning Commission recommended to the t:ouncil that request of <br />Roger Swanstrom be denied becauxr there are suitable boat storage areas <br />at the site that do not neea tilling and that 4r. Swanstrom be advised <br />that the boat could not be sto 1 beyond the front setback line of the <br />house. <br />
