Huhieh explained that while the existing house <br />was all within the 7S' setback only 4' of the nroposed 9' <br />addition would extend into the required setback of 75'. It <br />would ►,e impossible to add to the exist ink! stnrcture without <br />extending into the 75' setback reouirement. <br />Hake moved, McDonald seconded to approve the variance because <br />this was not an excessive use on the lot and there would be <br />virtually no increase in hardcover or. the addition would be <br />built over the existing blacktop driveway hardcover area.
