Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Council several code violations on the property <br />including Section 10.20 (C) Home Occupation, Section <br />5.40 Home Occupations License required, Section 9.55 <br />Maintenance of Private Proper.Ly, Section 9.21 and <br />Section 9.22 Public Nuisance and Permitting a Public <br />Nuisance and Section 10.60, Subdivision 13 - Exterior <br />Storage in "R" District. <br />Mrs. Rossing stated she could not r.Yspond without <br />reviewing the information the Council had before <br />them.
