Notice <br />June 26, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />11. #1568 James and Judith Pierpont of 1801 West Farm Road seek <br />approval of a side setback variance and conditional use <br />permit for the conversion of an existing barn into an <br />independent guest house unit. <br />12. #1569 Sam McCloud, the owner of an undeveloped property <br />located at 4280 Bayside Road, seeks approval of a front yard <br />setback variance for a proposed residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The meeting <br />starts at 7:00 PM. Written comments are solicited.
